• Job Details:• Acting as a Quality assurance manager since 07-2011. • Receiving and Delivery Section head. • Documentation Center section head. • Internal Auditor for Quality Management System. • PFMEA Team Member. • Fast Response Tracking process - Process owner. • Layered Internal Audits - process owner. • Final Quality Control Section - section head. • QSB (Quality System Basics Certification) - Project team member. • Preparation and implementation of ISO/TS 16949 as a Quality System to be certified . • Preparation and implementation of OH&S 18001 to be certified . • Preparation and implementation of ISO 14001 to be certified . • Plans coordinate & direct QC/QA program designed to ensure products consistent with quality standards. • Authorizes & supervises the issuance of quality concern form & receives feedback & interferes if needed. • Monitors production processes, analyzes products specifications requirements & proposes changes. • Analysis of internal defects and taking corrective/Preventive actions. • Responsible for quality plan. • Ensure customer requirements are met. • Issue / review the control plans.
