• Job Details: Manage the budget assigned to OPEX and CAPEx and Review the BOM, BOQ.  Technical Leadership and expertise for the Firm’s network infrastructure design, ensuring scalability, stability,and redundancy in best practices.  Responsible for LAN, WAN, Data Center and Collaboration systems.  Ensure system performance and SLA's are met.  Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements.  Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands  Lead IT asset management team to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved.  Provide in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives.  Ensure the infrastructure team is mitigating, monitoring and managing infrastructure related risks  IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans implementation.  Design & Implement VPN network over 30 branches using Fortigates.  Hire, supervise and support IT department section heads and staff.  Develop and maintain overall backup and recovery strategy (Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity)

IT Infrastructure SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Design and implementation of LAN and WAN data networks, VoIP solutions, wireless networks, and/or IT infrastructure • Responsible for a timely expansion of the IT Infrastructure as required for operations project plan. • Responsible of building a resilient and redundant infrastructure that will reduce\eliminate failures and downtimes and supports the continuous 24x7 delivery of IT Services. • Lead and manage a team of Infrastructure analysts and technicians to layout, install, configure, maintain and recover IT/network/server/communication equipment during construction, commissioning and operations. • Provides Servers, Core Switches, Switches, Firewall and Routers support and administration. • Perform periodic network assessments and network/systems security audits. • Plan and implement upgrades required to maintain adequate service levels. • Participate in the administration and maintenance of all remote monitoring solutions and Infrastructure Management Systems. • Responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, and scheduling of IT Infrastructure personnel to ensure technical support is always available. • Manage technical vendors, contractors and Infrastructure consultants.
