IDEA: Securing a particular place using a computer and attached camera using Image Processing techniques. MY TASK: implementing a 3*3 mean filter that could enhance the image by removing the noise and making the next step easier. TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES: 1- ATI OpenCL SDK 2.2. 2- Visual C#. GRADE: 96% (Excellent).
