• Job Details:• Assisting the Projects Manager/Director for managing and controlling projects elements. • Supervision and managing existing projects, besides site works inspection and coordination between all trades for both sides the client and the main contractor. • Seeking the best quality and least price material requested by the client throughout the national and international markets. • Achieved progress quantity survey, submitted quotations, purchase orders and payment certificates review. • Following up the daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports submitted by the main & subcontractors. • Handling of projects documents and drawings. • Issuing a weekly report sent to the client including project status, s-curve, obstacles, and site progress. • Manage project claims and handing over.
