• Job Details: Manage and supervise the Legal team and follow up and review their achievements / tasks /reports.  Provide legal advices and regular input to the management with regards to all corporate and commercial transaction and existing business practices in light of federal and local laws.  Knowledge of all applicable laws, CBUAE regulations, Commercial and civil codes.  Handel and follow up all Litigations Cases ( Civil , Commercial , Islamic Finance , Real Estate , Criminal , Execution cases , court enforcements and court attachment orders).  Handle all fraud cases during all investigations process and criminal actions till insurance covering.  Draft and/or review and negotiate all types of contracts , deeds , legal documents , agreements , settlements and government communications.  Provide inter-departmental advices / Opinions attending to disputes & legal cases and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  Developing the bank polices and corporate governance and regulatory affairs.  Analyze complaints ( Clients / central bank ) and advising action under the Act.  Coordinate with the External Lawyers in all related Litigation cases and review / assist with all memo before Appling to the court and attend court expert meetings.  Provided legal consultation (verbal/written) and legal opinions / clearances on various matters to all departments ( CAD , RCAD , Business , Retail , Collection and branches ).  coordinate with Dar Al Shariaa for all Islamic finance documents and ensure Shariaa and legal compliance.

Group Legal CounselFull Time

• Job Details: Provide legal advices and regular Updates to the Management related to UAE Laws.  Handel all Litigation Cases ( Civil , Commercial , Labor and Criminal Cases ).  Handel all Real Estate, Rental Committee Cases and attend hearings.  Draft / review and negotiate all types of contracts and agreements , legal deed / documents.  Coordinate with External Lawyers for all Litigation Case process and updates.  Provide inter-departmental legal opinion /advice, attending to disputes/legal cases and business transactions.  Handle all complaints / legal issues related to work progress and business transactions.  Handle Maritime related cases and all related legal issues.  Follow up with Police Station , Public Prosecution , Notary Public and Court.
