• Job Details:Monitor revenues and expenses and ensure the Accurate Recording Monitor and controls cash flow and operating forecast Manage A/R & A/P report, flash report revenue updates on daily basis Manage the financial controls and accounting procedure, segregation of duties Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required Creates annual budgets and monthly variance analysis. Investigates and compare variances to budget or to prior year Ensure compliance with the law and company’s polices Complies with standard accounting policies and procedures and internal controls for finance and accounting operation Analyze financial data and operations in order to assist and advice management in maintaining the financial objective Review and approve of all balance sheet account, including monthly bank reconciliation and general ledger account reconciliations -Successful completion of all internal and external financial audits , including coordination of work with different audit firms and delivering information requested by auditors on timely basis Support the GM & chairman with preparation of monthly and annual financial plans -Supervise all finance personnel (treasurers)
