• Job Details:Engineering Management (PM/CM): ▪ Coordinating with Commercial’s Vision/Plan to determine the requirements that must be obtained in the Final design to ensure the utmost efficiency for the project. ▪ Providing Fully PM/CM throughout the project’s’ phases starting from the Pre-Design, Design development, Authorities approvals, Pre-Construction, Construction, Project close-out. ▪ Shortlisting Consultants (ARCH, Struct, MEP, Interior, Supervision, ...etc.), approaching the nominated consultants and requesting RFP’s/RFQ’s, evaluating /valuating the submitted proposals, and providing contract/legal support ‘till signing contract(s) ▪ Following-up the design development, initiating from the concept ‘till the permit issuance. ▪ Providing Value Engineering for the proposed design by the design consultant to ensure both, the maximum profitability and the minimum expenditure. ▪ Providing Construction Management, starting from the Pre-Construction, Construction, ‘till the close-out phase. Developments’ Management: ▪ Develop and support the main companies’ strategic plans, including financial, Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources plans. ▪ Reviewing and approving Feasibility Studies for new projects, to ensure the utmost outcome achievement. ▪ Underlining the main market surveys to provide an aligned achievements according to the market research updates. ▪ Direct and control the internal operational aspects/taskforce to ensure that appropriately motivation and training and carry out the assigned responsibilities to the required standard. ▪ Contribute to the development of the company’s corporate strategy and lead strategy development in all organizational operations to ensure that the company achieves its short and short-term/long-term objectives. ▪ Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to facilitate management control and to ensure that all internal operations achieve their business objectives. ▪ Develop and control all operational budgets to ensure that the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters and to maintain the financial strength of the company.  ▪ Develop and maintain the necessary systems and procedures to ensure that company’s operations comply with all related requirements and meet agreed operational standards. ▪ Regularly review operations to ensure meeting the required standards and recommend changes where necessary. ▪ Develop and maintain the organization’s structure and processes, to provide effective management succession for all internal operations. ▪ Maintain an effective working relationship with other directorates/departments to ensure that there is effective co-ordination of all company’s activities in support of corporate objectives. ▪ Act as the company’s adviser -when required- on all aspects relating to operational functions and update latest developments to ensure that the Company maintains its competitive position.
