• Job Details:• Lead the month-end revenue close by validating accruals, reviewing account reconciliations, journal entries, reserve models, and conducting fluctuation analyses • Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, SOX controls and documentation, including understanding and application of ASC 606Maintaining company Financial Statements in accordance with company policies and International Financial & Reporting Standards. • Analysts design and develop metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions .provide a link between raw enterprise data and management • Effective communication skills, with ability to articulate technical accounting guidance to non-technical audiences. • Stabilization and ongoing improvement to the revenue subledger system • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to automate revenue accounting processes including reconciliation of data, reporting, and analysis • Data flow/system integration knowledge between internal reservation management system, revenue subledger and ERP • Manage a team of diverse individuals ( AR and Retail teams ) at various levels to accomplish tasks accurately and within specified deadlines • Help build and develop the revenue team and mentor, educate, and review the work of other supporting members of the accounting team • Front line interaction with various business partners including engineering, FP&A, and operations • Understanding of general accounting principles, including Egyptian GAAP / US GAAP and related international accounting standards. Understanding of IFRS15. • Monitor, review and control expenditure within allocated budgets and ensure that budgetary targets, including efficiency savings, are met. • Managed and review the calculations for the commission scheme for the staff in addition to Etisalat direct & indirect sales channel. • Implement and Prepare the VAT and WHT tax reports and make sure of the correctly recordings • Managed and assess all business case before going to market from Financial and accounting point of view. • Providing commercial advice to design management and development divisions to ensure in all respects that risk is minimized, best value is achieved and to maximize the return in investment on projects developed. • Managing the pricing allocation for the bundles offers with commercial team. • Developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators to measure effectiveness of the departments. Ensuring existing Financial and revenue accounting systems comply with the company accounting principles and policies. • Helping and assisting the commercial business teams with the design of new products or offerings and set-up of financial systems to ensure appropriate business support and controllership • Assess and review the agent agreement from the accounting point of view before signing from the top management. • Develops goals, objectives, procedures and priorities for the Revenue Division; evaluates departmental practices and procedures and makes recommendations for improvement. • Manage, motivate and develop staff ensuring that objectives are established and communicated; individual performance is supported, monitored and reviewed, to ensure manpower plans are met to overall company goals. • Plans, directs and participates in activities involving business licensing, collection of delinquent accounts receivables and cashiering. • Work actively with external auditors to ensure that revenue recognition interpretations are consistent and compliant with GAAP. Supervise, motivate and evaluate subordinates performance and report to manager any action needed to enhance them. • Build working relationships with cross-functional organizations within the company (Legal, Sales, Operations and Finance) and outside the organization (external auditors)

• Job Details:• Manage, motivate and develop staff ensuring that objectives are established and communicated; individual performance is supported, monitored and reviewed, to ensure manpower plans are met to overall company goals. • Maintaining the Monthly Financial Statement Closing process for Etisalat and Merged ISP’s. • Managing with external auditors for the issuance of the audit report for Etisalat and Merged ISP’s. • Support of finance operations in application of International Financial Reporting Standard. • Assure the Monthly reconciliations between ERP Oracle Financial and billing system. • Assure the Monthly reconciliations between ERP Oracle Financial and Retail system. • Assure the Monthly reconciliations between ERP Oracle Financial and IN system. • Managing proper procedures within company internal control and accurate recognition of all revenue aspects for the direct channel ( Retail , Franchise and mini Franchise about 800 outlet ) • Insuring proper presentation of revenue, receivables and cost of revenue in financial statement. • Controlling and managing the Roaming financial accounting with other operators. • Managing distributor’s accounts Financial operation. • Reviewing and validate the commission scheme and commercial discount accounts. • Reviewing and validate the Payment for the commission regarding direct and indirect channel and all sales Etisalat staff. • Managing and Insure proper national interconnect with GSM competitors. • Managing and Insure proper international interconnect with GSM operators. • Manages and directs scheduled closing procedures. Ensures all applicable reports are generated and accurate. • Assure that all revenues generated have been booked on ERP Oracle Financial in a proper way on daily basis. • Managing department’s employees to meet the department’s objectives. • Providing the department’s employees with continuous training and support.
