• Job Details:• Managing & Finding New Resources. • Invite to Bid the Sub-Contractors & Suppliers. • Evaluation of Proposals from Sub-Contractors & Suppliers. • Attend Meetings, Negotiate & Establish Contracts with Suppliers & Sub-Contractors. • Prepare the Sub-Contract Agreements for Sub-Contractors. • Prepare Purchasing Orders for Suppliers. • Review & Check the Specifications & drawings to ensure that they are compatible with the BOQ. • Check the BOQ for Civil & Architectural items. • Estimate & Identify unit rates for Civil & Architectural items. • Monitor Materials Wastages. • Ensure that the project has 3 different Suppliers to Supply the materials with the same Specifications that Approved from the Engineer. • Monitor & Control Delivery Schedule for Materials. • Contact with the QC Engineers to ensure from the Quality of the Supplied Materials. • Prepare & Process monthly Valuation for Sub-Contractors & Suppliers. • Prepare & Process Final Account under main Contract Agreement. • Prepare Contra Charge to other Parties (Suppliers – Subcontractors). • Verify & Process Variations for Sub-Contractors & Suppliers. • Preparing Internal invoices for Employer. • Preparing invoices For Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
