• Job Details: Responsible for monitoring and reporting the performance of packet core network KPIs on a daily basis.  Generating reports using different monitoring tools like Splunk & Solarwinds or using node analytics platform.  Providing Capacity Analysis summaries which affect capacity planning decisions.  Analyzing the impact of major projects like upgrades, launching of new nodes or technologies to finalize the assessment.  Involved in planned activities and align with stakeholders to check & compare the performance after the change.  Analyze all degradations occurred in packet core nodes KPIs to help other teams in troubleshooting these problems by correlating the findings with cause codes.  Taking proper actions when impacting customer experience problem detected by proper escalations at the right time, follow up till being solved.  Monitoring packet core network KPIs in big events (e.g. Eid, Ramadan, holidays & etc.)  Good Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE Architecture Packet Core.
