• Job Details: Manage project from concept and sketch phase, including presentation and preparation of 3D models for client approval until completion.  Review the Project Strategy and provide recommendation to Client.  Ensure proper implementation of concept throughout architectural drawings  Preparation for contracts of different budgets, also tender analysis and projects estimation.  Control and manage the Senior Discipline Engineers of the Project Management Team in respect of Design aspects.  Coordinate with M.E.P and structure de[pt for technical support required to ensure the correctness and completeness of the Design.  Monitor the performance of the Design sub-Consultant to ensure the Design correctness and compliance with the scope of work requirements.  Review and comment on all drawings and documents submitted by the Design Consultant(s) / monitor needed modifications.  Assist / monitor Submittal to MMUP / all government departments, and Follow up on approvals in all design stages.  Assist for pre-qualification of the Construction Contractors, carry out the pre-qualification and bidders’ list.  Reply to bidder’s clarifications, issuing bulletins and attending technical meetings with bidders during Tender stage.  Attend all meetings with Design Consultants / sub-consultants and Client  Manage all correspondence related to, projects.  Evaluate and endorse the variation orders from Sub-consultants.  Propose required modification to improve the Design Operation, Future Maintenance and Construction Cost.  Manage design dept. Projects monthly activities and provide" monthly business reports/financial reports/performance reports/ project reports".  Track projects invoices and payment schedules..

Design ManagerFull Time

Projects monthly activities and provide monthly business reports
