• Job Details:• Supervising all export shipments from reservation, clearance, and loading and trucking, • Supervising all import shipments from UPS offices around the world, receiving documents from shipping lines, clearance, etc. • Follow-up of failed shipments – whether in timing or loss, and analyzing reason of each cause and the responsible UPS office • Follow up the status of the shipments that are under work in weekly basis meeting and determine the work plan for the next week, potential customers and the expected volume of business

• Job Details:•Working over Rate requests, tenders, For several type of shipments, projects, in all region, Shipping by Air, Sea, Road and rail, (Turkey-Georgia-Azerbaijan-Armenia, Kazakhstan,Turkmenistan and more .. ), • Responsible of load and ship the heavy and over dimensions cargo for petroleum projects based on shipping and safety standards and procedures, -Follow up the operation process, shipping, documentation, customs, •Loading the overweight, over dimension cargo to different destinations, •Generating invoices. •Daily Correspondence with our origin offices & Customer person in charge, •Daily System Update, •Explore different options from our internal rates system to reduce cost and Increase revenues, •Receive, review, and process import documentation for an assigned base of Accounts,
