  • Job Details:Leading and driving lean transformation & manufacturing operations of Electrolux Egypt Washing machine factory through the implementation and coaching lean system methodology and strategic from scratch of Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS). • Led, coach the production team leaders, factory management team to implement all Electrolux Manufacturing System tools inside the factory and achieve all targets through it. • Led together with HR team the Cultural Change program based on Electrolux Manufacturing System. • Train / assist Teams in learning of Electrolux Manufacturing System tools and techniques (5S, 7Wastes, Visual Factory, Standard Operating Procedure, Line Balance, Process Mapping, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, KPI's, SMED…., etc.) • Worked close to Electrolux Manufacturing System Europe, Middle East and Africa team and Electrolux Manufacturing System project manager to assure consistency in approach and methodology. • Manage Electrolux Manufacturing System and monitor/Report the Manufacturing Excellence saving • Update Electrolux Manufacturing System Self-assessment and Factories KPI's reports; ensure actions coming out from the gap and follow up on it & Track program progress and contribute to progress reports. • Led the Site Leadership team in Electrolux Manufacturing System. Increase the labor productivity by 45% after reducing 9 operators and increase the production rates by 25%. and enhance quality by 23% with total confirmed saving 1,300,000 EGP all that achieved after implementing lean tools ex. Line balancing, problem solving, 5S, 7waste, SOP and process mapping. • Led and deliver training workshop for the new lean leaders of Electrolux EMEA factories in Hungary. • Led the Continuous Improvement Projects activity in the starting area of the assembly line (preparing the cabinet) and improve LP in the area by 28% after implementing the line balance methodology with the Continuous Improvement Projects team with total confirmed saving 250,000 EGP. • Led the Continuous Improvement Projects activity in the plastic injection area and improve OEE by 28.5% after enhancing the machine performance by 14.5%, enhance quality percentage by 12.5% and decrease starting up scrap by 50%. • Led and drive with the time study engineer the Line Balance (Efficiency Improvements) tool and improve the efficiency of the production line with production team. • Led 32 Continuous Improvement Projects activities and Coaching & Supporting 23 Continuous Improvement Projects Activities with total confirmed saving more than 8,000,000 EGP • Qualify, assess 211 candidates in achieving yellow gear and 16 team leaders achieved also green gear EMS certifications. • Coaching and Manage factory team leaders in working and monitoring their KPI's in the team information boards to see the status and the opportunities to enhance their areas by applying lean tools. • Co-led, Coach and Qualify to won with my factory Washing Machine Factory from Egypt twice the EMEA and APAC EMS Best Practice Award (operational excellence award) across 19 European and Asian Factories.
