• Job Details:•Preparation of the business plan and financial model for the different projects related to the mix use of Sun Capital project (such as hospitals, hotels, universities, schools and sports club). •Negotiating new financing instruments to finance the mix use projects related to sun capital with different financiers. •Setting units sales price and payment plans in accordance to the construction and development financial gaps. •Preparation of various cost analysis reports and statistical data outlining the group’s financial position in areas of income and expenditure based on past, present, and forecasted operations •Ensures budgetary controls by reviewing expenditure totals and preparing budget allotment changes. •Overseeing and managing implementing of CRM (Sales & Marketing) & SAP (RE, PS, FICO & HRCM)

• Job Details:•Supervising the preparation of the feasibility study presented by the different startups companies to the funds. •Develop solid relationship between startups and fund managers. •Working closely with business owners / business analysts in applying new innovative technologies to the projects. •Managing the business blueprint process for related projects and setting KPI’s for the section heads.
