• Job Details:Delivered ERP Project (Microsoft Dynamics) from execution to delivery, Integrated with another two ERPs : o Chacal for Aluminum Manufacturing. o Fenevision for Glass Manufacturing.  Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.  Guiding the team on how to get the most of our self-organization.  Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.  Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.  Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.  Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.  Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.  Analyze business needs presented by users and recommend technical solutions with the completion timeline.  Gather intelligence from corporate executives and upper managers about needs and future growth.  Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.  Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs  Maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.  Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry  Direct research in emerging technology by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.  Produce detailed timelines and implement effective project control for each software release.  Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.  Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, information security, and control structures.  Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating organizational requirements.  Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.  Troubleshoot and resolve user issues relative to all corporate software in a timely manner.  Participate in all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.  Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
