    • Job Details:Plant Resident Lead Engineer; leading the Resident Engineers team retained for the warranty period of approximately 9 months after the Transfer of Ownership to EEHC (Egyptian electricity Holding Company)  RLE works directly with the customer and is responsible for staying in the Complex to manage the implementation of the Warranty Agreement obligations.  RLE is responsible with the Resident Team to monitor the day-to day activities by the customer after the Transfer Date up till the end of the warranty period and ensure that all the activities are being carried in line with the OEM recommendations, the prudent O&M practices.  RLE is responsible to receive all the Claims raised by the customer, categorize it and validate whether they comply with the scope and terms of the warranty agreement or not.  RLE coordinates with the regional office to pass through any valid claims raised by EEHC to a third party if applicable (Service Provider or Supplier for products or services whose term of warranty extends after the Transfer Date).  RLE leads the Resident team for the analysis of the raised customer warranty claims for responsibility, reason, cost, and resolution. RLE will send a report to the regional warranty committee including the resident team view of the raised claim.  Drafting a claim dispute notice to the customer through the regional office including the reasons and evidences of disputing the claim.  Archives all warranty claims with the concerned technical documentation and the resolved outcomes.  Monitors the resolved warranty claims by their performance in time.  Manages the implementation of some punch list items as agreed with EEHC.  Attends customer warranty meetings as required.  Create reports on customer interactions, warranty claims, and related statistics.
