Mechanical Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Responsible for implementing and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site. 2. Estimating, preparing and assigning the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution. 3. Planning and analyzing all possible construction methodologies. 4. Interpreting construction drawings and studying the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs. 5. Managing directly and providing engineering and technical supports to all the mechanical work groups at site. 6. Planning the execution of all mechanical related works and coordinating the works to Electrical and civil groups. 7. Assigning targets for accomplishments and ensuring targets are met on daily basis for all mechanical groups at site. 8. Submitting site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. 9. Ensuring that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards. 10. Ensuring that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. 11. Directly responsible for the safety of all mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards. 12. Carrying out all mechanical works and equipments installation activities. Attends regular meeting with client, civil engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress. 13. Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time. 14. Collaborating with cost control and planning department in preparing the daily progress reports. 15. Leading site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site. 16. Performing other related duties as may be required by the Manager.

Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Waukesha spare parts, Technical review for (PO, Quotation, Tender & warranty). - Customers technical assistance in all issues related to spare parts. - Prepare commercial & technical quotations & tender documents to clients. - Placing spare parts PO’s on supplier website. - PO’s tracking from placing to delivery in coordination with customer service, expeditors and shipping coordinators. - Manage internal technical meetings with procurement supervisors to solve client's problems and discuss spare parts supplies. - Provide procurement services for various job orders (parts & accessories). - Prepare cost estimates for various job orders including spare parts supply and workmanship man hours.

Teacher AssistantFull Time

• Job Details: Reinforce lessons presented by Professors by reviewing material with students in tutorials. Help Professors with record keeping, such as tracking attendance and calculating grades.
