This includes below domains, ➢ Active Directory ➢ Exchange ➢ Call Center ➢ Communication System, Firewall management ➢ Web Site Management ➢ Prepare for E-business startup ➢ Cloud Server Service for all applications running ▪ Managing Document archiving (Hard copy and electronic). ▪ Maintaining an inventory of parts for emergency repairs. ▪ Managing outsourcing vendors and company IT personnel ▪ Diagnosing hardware and software problems, and replacing defective components. ▪ Raising the Security Awareness of our staff by sending periodic newsletters that discuss the important aspects of the IT policy. ▪ Managing, designing data backups and disaster recovery processes and monitor process execution. ▪ Recommending changes to improve systems and network structure configurations, and determining hardware or software requirements related to such changes. ▪ Acting as the focal point of contact with Central Bank of Egypt, FRA, and I-Score, and managing related monthly mandate reporting to meet CBE requirements. ▪ Acting as the focal point of contact with Fawry, Aman. Bee and manage related mandate reporting to meet Fawry requirements. ▪ Acting as the focal point of contact with cloud server service ▪ Planning, and designing network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware. ▪ Setting company IT policies and procedures and archiving system.
