• Job Details:- Coordinate and organize processes between production, Quality and planning. - Responsible for achieve target in Segment plant ant reinforcement steel workshops. - Organize processes between operators to increase their efficiency. - Manage and control all operation between sites and plant and workshops. - Responsible for organize and coordinate equipment usage in site. - organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment - liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff - supervising the work of junior staff - organizing relevant training sessions - assessing project and resource requirements - estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers - ensuring that health and safety regulations are met - determining quality control standards - overseeing production processes - re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary - selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

Production ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, and organizational planning. - Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of production, Quality, planning, Maintenance departments through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between it. - Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. - Organization of fiscal documents. - Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning. - Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.

Production ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for achieve production target at accordance in production plan. - Responsible for resolving production problem and Maintain production processes to decrease mistakes and increase productivity and quality. - Responsible for applying and review on training plan for new operators and measure and evaluate the operator's efficiency and performance after training. - Follow up the maintenance plan with maintenance Department for machines. - Share quality department to implement and applying QSM according to international standards(ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 22000:2005) and customer requirements - Motivate operators to be more effective and competitors for each other
