• Job Details:• Im part of preparing ISO requirement ( procedures & documentation ) and implementation in depots … we get ISO 9001-2015 in warehouses & storing products • Making trade audit process to make comparing between us vs competitors ( Market share , stock level , freshness , etc ) • Regular audit on distributers to make sure that they comply the process without deviation • Customer complaint representative that I advocate my company & make negotiations with customers to clarify any non-conforming issue and then make internal analysis for every case • Minimize loss of handling and maximize warehouse team productivities. Ensures that SKUs are dispatched on time on full to the appropriate sales vans and in the expected quantities & Quality.
