It Includes 50 Residential Units Precast elements starting by substructures into final finishes with respect all types additional to MEP, Restaurant & Recreation Building (Precast Structure), Utility Building (Precast Elements), Playgrounds and entire Infrastructure service. • Client: Al-Fanar Properties. • Main Contractor: Al-Fanar Construction. • Role in this Project: - Acting as a Project Manager with limited authority. - Escalating project budget exceeds for discussion with top management. - Coordinating with other departments account, supply chain, planning and TSM to avoid any kind of discrepancy based on authority given by top management. - Work on the optimum exploitation of material and resources. - Provide timely reports to the top management on any urgent needs about the work progress at project including his proposals and recommendations. - Revising and checking quantity/amount of submitted invoices from supplier’s end. - Attending weekly meeting with consultant and client in order to review project progress. - Following up the supplier’s issues to achieve schedule plan. - Handling QA/QC Engineer full task for 3 months beside original task. - Practicing T&C of the items and equipment’s as per requirements. - Handling site Preliminary handing over jointly with consultant and end user. - Closing snags given by end user during Preliminary handing over. - Recommending revision of plans where ever required. - Task assigning to the project team as per Project priority to achieve schedule program.

• Job Details:• Project: (Khurais Facilities Expansion & Satellite GOSP) (>1,000MUSD). • Client: Saudi Aramco • Main Contractor: Saipem • Role in this Project: - Organize and control all construction related activities of the Green Field part of the project area B85. - To take corrective action for any deviation occurred from time to time. - Coordinate with Project Manager & Construction Manager to meet the site requirement for materials, equipment and manpower according to the plan and follow up the provisions of the same with the project management and other departments. - Analyze all the problems affecting the progress and solve them together with the project manager or construction manager. - Coordination with the main contractor to achieve the required technical and administrative integration also following priorities to Achieve Schedule Plan. - Observe the progress in the field and check the conformity of the executed works to the required specifications, the instructions of consultant and the approved progress tables. - Give instructions to the foreman and supervisors about all matters related to the progress of works. - Carry out any works required by the project management within the scope of his work to verify the progress daily, weekly and monthly basis. - Attending daily meeting for coordination with main contractor and mechanical subcontractor. - Attending weekly client walk-through with main contractor to check work progress and safety. - Following SAUDI ARAMCO standard.
