• Job Details:MAKKAH HARAM Expansion Project (Project Management Office in Jeddah) Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. Major accomplishments: § Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/ completion of the project work. § Project cost estimation. § Preparing supply/ install contracts breakdown and bill of quantities. § Ensure that the documentation received for orders/enquiries is sufficient informative/detailed to allow the efficient processing of the work. § Responsible for reviewing the final construction documents to determine whether these are ready for advertising for the purpose of soliciting bids.

CONSULTANT SITE ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:Working in Panorama Green Mountain Project. Duties: - Responsible for site visits, ensuring Health & Safety is being maintained at all times. - Setting out, leveling and surveying the site. - Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. - Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. - Preparing reports as required. - Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. - Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors. - Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines & ensuring that the project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget. - Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
