My responsibilities were :  Managed the ‘Retail Design & Delivery ‘of ‘Gateway Mall’, ‘Avenues’ Mall, East Court Mall Eastern Market mall and projects across Rehab City with a total Retail GLA of over 75,000 sq.m. The Retail Tenancies included Fashion, F&B's, Home, cosmetics, FEC's, Anchor stores, Hypermarkets, pop ups etc. I was involved from the initial Concept development stage of various Malls/ Retail to ensure that Standards, Provisions & Operational requirements such as Shell & Core, Shopfronts, Signage, MEP provisions, Deliveries/logistics, Waste collection/Disposal & BOH etc., were properly designed & incorporated Supporting the formation & implementation of Project Management execution plan, strategies, policies & procedures, processes & controls.  To ensure that all shops/units are fully operational by the established opening date.  Focus is on the management of the merchant relationship and ensuring internal construction and design teams are fully aware of the lease forms and conditions and requirements by the tenant.  The RDM must ensure business drive solutions, on-site store delivery, and minimization of downtime in the income stream as a result of programmed openings.  The RDM process is achieved through both customer focus and the ongoing relationship with retailers, their contractors, builders and or shop fitters. To this, the TDM must be multidiscipline in Retail knowledge, project management and construction management.  Managed the complete ‘Tenant coordination’ & TVR's  Managed the preparation of LOD’s & Tenant Manual.  Managed the Concept Design, Detail Design for Architectural, MEP, Landscaping, Lighting, Signage/Wayfinding, Sustainability, Fire protection etc.  Defining clear scope between Landlord and Tenants, optimise the Tenants provisions etc.  Managed the final inspections, snag list and complete close out procedures with all Tenants.
