• Job Details: • Partnering with the CEO on all operational and strategic issues as they arise and providing strategic recommendations to the CEO based on adequate financial analysis and projections, • Participating in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team, attending the Board and Senior Management Team meetings and representing the finance function on all key matters. • Overseeing the preparation and the implementation of the annual and revised budgets for the Company as a whole and for each department or project as well as monitoring the operations progress to present timely operational metrics and performance variances reports to reduce operational risk to the minimum. • Managing the cash flow forecasting by a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash balance needed to meet operating requirements. • Being the Company’s highest financial representative, therefore fully responsible to develop, optimize and to manage the high-level financial relations with banks to initiate the appropriate strategies to finance the company’s current and future operations. • Participating in exploring and developing new business opportunities as well as advising the CEO and COO on financing options for current and prospective projects. • Evaluating the overall financial performance of the Company and recommends improvements. • Overseeing the functionality of accounting and internal controls systems across the company, managing and coordinating all of the periodical reporting activities for the company including the monthly, quarterly and annual financials reports and seamlessly delivering the annual audited financials within the group delivery timeframes. • Supervising the company’s performance as a whole through the heads of departments across the company such, projects, purchase, information technology, legal and administration in order to assess the organizational performance against both the annual budget and the company’s long-term strategy. • Managing the developing of the needed tools and systems to provide the required financial and operational information to make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. • Applying the required mentoring and developing of the finance team, managing work allocation, training, problems resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective and dynamic team.

Group Manager –Treasury, Consolidation & ControlFull Time

• Job Details:The following is brief summary for some of my job responsibilities from the following aspects, Operational: • Establishing and maintaining relationships with banks and financial authorities to effectively managing the company’s fund requirements locally and overseas, • Overseeing the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearend consolidated financial statements with the needed management information reports. • Liaising with external auditors to prepare and finalize the consolidated audited financial statements accurately and on a timely basis. • Reviewing the quarterly reports and analysis of each department and subsidiary’s financial and operational performance to perform the needed corrective actions when required. • Managing the development and implementation of financial procedures and control tools; and to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards (local as well as international) for accounting, financial reporting and regulatory provisions where applicable. Strategic & Planning: • Preparing the Forecasted Balance Sheet & cash flows for the local and the overseas business units, Ensuring the development and enforcement of guidelines in respect of financial planning, financial accounting, budgeting and financial control, treasury and financial reporting. • Ensuring that the financial planning is carried out to cover the projected financial needs of all divisions and subsidiaries. • Successfully implemented and automated SAP Treasury In-House Banking Functionality and The Business Planning & Consolidation modules (BPC) of SAP ERP system
