• Job Details:Microlab Solutions is one of the biggest and oldest IT Services provider companies in Alexandria. I was a senior system administrator at the out sourcing dept. that manage all IT service contracts and lead the IT support team that work with customer in Alexandria and Cairo. My responsibilities and duties as below: - * Planning all contract services and schedule visits and follow up them. * Consulting Turnkey solutions projects. * Managing new project launching and deploying of business customer. * On site survey for new business contract or new IT projects. * Troubleshooting all complex problem related all ICT systems either on site or remotely. * 24/7 Replaying all crisis situation and system failure of business contracts. * Documentation all tasks, implemented solutions, new project plans and designs, turnkey solution designs and on site survey assessment results.

IT System AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:Sunset boat is a fixed tourist boat with a lot of entertainment facilities. My job role as a system administrator is to maintain all network infrastructure contents including “sales point, access controls, attendance system, security cams, wireless network... etc.” Deploy domain controller infrastructure with most of network services “DNS, DHCP, File Services, Terminal Services...Etc.” and design security templates and deploy group policies. Manage and maintain Datacenter facilities and network components. Report management with infrastructure capacity and upgrades or replacements required. Report management with performance, regular tasks and troubleshooting documentations.
