Including and not limited to: • ICT experts talent acquisition and development within ICT corporate guidlines. • ICT planning and budgeting according to set business objectives and latest technologies. • Implementation and compliance of complete IT services including the application map for the company and its infrastructure for 200+ users • Data Center design and installation, VPN-MPLS, Routing, Switching, Monitoring, Network availability and utilization, Security systems (Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Anti-Virus, and URL filtering), VOIP, Backup system and SAP ERP system. • The Headquarter and its 18 warehouses with its meshed Internal & external ICT network(s) schematic diagram planning and implementation • Building group Standard Operating Procedure SOP and ensuring it is updated on yearly basis . • Ensure all concerned teams got the necessary knowledge transfer to generate optimized use of IT services lend to them • Report promptly on current system challenge(s) and potential future risks to enable proper planning and risk mitigation • Assign strategically adequate resources for ICT projects assigned while respecting resources availability, efficiency and budgeting/funds • Manage and coordinate security, data safety and integrity, disaster recovery of all IT systems. Ensures compliance with corporate standards • Conducts growth analysis and capacity planning, and develops capital and operating budget proposals. • Manage and coordinate all activities required to LAN, WAN and telecommunication systems • Determine feasibility of new, strategic computing technologies to solve strategic business challenges and identify new opportunities. • Virtualization and Cloud Computing solutions.
