• Job Details: Responsibilities: • Designing and developing test automation scripts using Selenium Webdriver. • Using test automation guidelines. • Researching issues in software through testing. • Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions. • Review and Create Test Plans and Procedures • Conduct peer review for the documents created by partners. • Execute test cases and UAT’s • Execute full test cycles for the project that suits project lifecycle models. • Report Issues based on bug type, priority, and severity for each lifecycle. Either by JIRA/ Zoho or Manual Reporting. • Re-test and follow up on fixing issues. • Conduct regression testing. • Conduct Training and orientation sessions for the client. • Create training materials and manuals. • Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and guide users to solutions • Participate with development staff in testing new releases of internal products • Participate in meetings with clients for gathering and analyzing requirements. • Verify Requirements documents and SD Documents that will meet client’s goals and make sure it’s doable. • Verify the implemented modules are as per the RD. • Estimate testing time for certain modules. • Cooperate and follow up Support Team for any raised issues. • Handle customer calls and needs
