• Job Details:Trade-Net system is huge ERP for Capital Market related Brokerage solutions, that’s manage every things related to Brokerage Firms companies included many modules related to Brokerage Firms.  Responsible for project activities during the project establishment, execution and conclusion phases. The responsibility mainly consists of planning, setting up, and executing the project activities, ensuring that the project goals are met and that the customer's business requirements are fulfilled.  Responsible for achieving the project goals with respect to functions, time and budget, and for the progress of the project.  Administrate plans, risk handling, resource issues and reports to the project sponsor and different stakeholders.  Manage, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members.  Manage the customer relations and the customers’ expectations and handle changes in an appropriate way in conjunction with the requirements for the projects and the product scope.  Analyze the customers’ business requirements and doing gap analysis.  Estimating, Planning Tradenet implementation projects.  Communicate and Follow up with the Product Management and the Product Development Center for the issues and the new requirements.  Handle periodic status meetings with stakeholders to present the progress.  Responsible for developing and tracking the project progress and performance.  Get Customers Sign-off after UAT.  Conduct closure meetings and document the lessons learned.  Implemented successfully Tradenet product at “Sharjah Islamic Bank” in UAE (Sharjah).  Implemented successfully Tradenet product at “HC” brokerage in Egypt.  Implemented successfully Tradenet product at “Grand investment” brokerage in Egypt.  Worked with “Dubai Bank” in Dubai for change requests, upgrading and going live.  Worked with “CBI Bank” in Dubai for change requests, upgrading and going live.  Worked with “Stock Brokerage” in Abu Dhabi for change requests, upgrading and going live.  Worked with “FGB Bank” in Abu Dhabi for change requests, upgrading and going live.  Worked with “Pioneer Brokerage” in Dubai for change requests, upgrading and Going live.  Worked with “El Theqa Brokerage” in Dubai for change requests, upgrading and going live.  Worked with “Naeem Brokerage” in Dubai for change requests, upgrading and going live  Worked with “Ansary Brokerage” in Abu Dhabi for change requests, upgrading and going live.  Worked with “Vision Brokerage” in Abu Dhabi for change requests, upgrading and going live.  Worked with “FNG (Fujairah National Group) Brokerage” in Fujairah for change requests, upgrading and going live.
