• Job Details: I'm working as technical support Manager at maintenance department (products Mobile phones, Tablets, LCD, LED, CRT and REC) Responsibilities: 1- Manages any technical issues. 2- Oversees the work of technicians. 3- Ensure that all jobs are completed on time. 4- Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs. 5- Test the new products samples and send evaluation sheet to top management. 6- Report any quality problems to top management and suppliers. 7- Support our dealer and customers. 8- Support the service centers with spare parts and technical support. 9- Send weekly and monthly faulty reports to top management. 10- Send the latest software to the service centers after testing software. 11- Send spare parts request to the supplier.

Quality Control Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:I worked as quality control engineer (LCD, CRT TV and REC). Responsibilities: 1- Design, develop and implement best quality practices and processes for product developments. 2- Maintain, monitor and ensure highest quality in services or products. 3- Develop and initiate quality standards for tests, inspections and evaluations. 4- Design and develop forms and instructions for evaluating, assessing, reporting and documenting on quality standards in products or services. 5- Develop strategies to evaluate precision and accuracy of analytical equipment, tests & measurements and production equipment. 6- Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects. 7- Lead, direct and assist technical, professional staff n measuring and testing a product. 8- Tabulate and document data relating to products, processes, materials, its qualities and reliabilities. 9- Research, study and prepare material on quality control activities, processes and procedures. 10- Train staff, technicians and professionals on the aspects of quality control activities.

Maintenance Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:I worked as maintenance engineer of Mobile phones. Responsibilities: 1- Responsible for detecting the phone fault using tests points. 2- Responsible for fixing the phones by using the troubleshooting. 3- Responsible for tuning the phone service by using CMU or by manual tuning by use oscilloscope and the spectrum analyzer.
