Responsible for all items prepared and ensuring that all orders are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes Ensure meals are produced on time, and sufficient quantities are available for the various areas Maintain stock levels of all kitchens’ supplies , Check the daily storage areas and compare to the expected order Ensure all employees complying with the dress, appearance code, highest hygiene and safety standard Supervise all kitchen staff Ensure all staff are aware of their duties and what is expected of them coordinate with the Operations Teach new staff skills they require to perform their roles to the required standard Monitor the work of kitchen staff to ensure all tasks are done as required Follow up &Monitor Kitchen inventory every month. • Monitor and control stock levels daily, weekly, and monthly. • Follow the budget and monitor the food cost. • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs Follow up on Safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
