• Job Details:• Reconcile all COD and credit card shipments from freight Company. • Assists the Management Information Systems Department in preparing monthly sales reports containing various data comparing by budget. • Calculation deferred revenue end of close. • Prepare monthly tax return. • Monthly Closing - Accounts Receivable Aging Report - and calculation Impairment customer by aging. • Coordinate collection with outside collection agencies and legal, as necessary. • Updates the status of accounts, matches invoices with checks received • Establish and review credit limits for both new and existing accounts. Propose to Controller • Resolve complex collection issues. Establish and develop collection agency relationships and processes, while monitoring agencies for performance • Prepares sales commission's reports for market place. • Review monthly stuff payroll and implement journal entry by cost center. • Saving bank charge for customer return. • Team leader for AP department for closing financial statement and monitored general ledger transactions for Jumia and Rocket internet • Prepare slow moving inventory report and issued impairment according to company policy. • Issued Bank reconciliation for Jumia and Rocket internet.
