• Job Details: Analyze financial information and summarize financial status, spot errors, and improve efficiency and spending.  Analyze financial statements to identify possible trends that may result in a surplus or shortage of funds.  Analyze monthly balance sheet & PL accounts for corporate reporting.  Analyze and research reporting issues to improve accounting operations procedures.  Modify a comprehensive financial reporting package to reflect growing organizational complexity.  Build accounting team, cycle, structure, policies, regulations, and processes from scratch.  Contribute to coding ERP systems and chart of accounts and consolidated financial statements.  Reduce annual tax adjustments through better financial control.  Create periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.  Generate financial statements and facilitated account closing procedures each month.  Prepare monthly closing (Balance Sheet & Profit loss & Reports) for founder and investors.  Compiling and detailing general ledger entries on a short schedule with nearly 100% accuracy.  Follow up on receivables, payables, treasury, collections, and inventory to develop accounting team performance.  Oversee the collection of invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately.  Communicate with the internal & external auditors to provide the relevant data, reports, and documents.  Communicate with the other departments on a weekly & monthly basis to enhance organization performance.  Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within SLA.  Maintain accurate records of all credit & and collection activity.  Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system and depreciation.  Manage liquidity, cash flow, bank transactions and transfers.
