• Job Details:Ensure the department’s SOPs are effectively applied and all goods are properly allocated to ensure full utilization of warehouse capacity. o Review customer's orders and communicate with the warehouse keepers to effectively dispatch / receive the orders. o Ensure accurate registration of received/dispatched notes on the system to save the company from any risks. o Organize trucks flow in receiving or dispatching orders to ensure smooth workflow. o Review authenticity (Genuineness) of stored products to save the company from any potential risks o Analyze the space management activities to ensure full storage utilization and maximize the company's profitability. o Follow-up with different departments regarding all maintenance needs are executed as required to ensure smooth workflow, o Manage periodic cycle count to ensure the stock physical count is matched with system data to save the company from risks. o Communicate with the Ministry Of Health Representative to facilitate his inspection to ensure applying the ministry's instructions o Analyze all customers complains and find the proper solution to meet their expectations & satisfaction. o Develop monthly incentives report based on warehouse team actual performance to maximize motivation and engagement. o Develop all needed reports as agreed to be presented to the direct manager. o Execute & apply quality, safety environment, and road safety management system guidelines
