• Job Details:•Total lead for SKY group contains 6 corporates, (Construction, O&M, Facility Services, Management & Consultant, IT business solutions and factory for Non Woven industrial) with total capacity of 6000 employees to cover different business fields as per Egyptian market needs since 2016. •Create and execute the strategic plans, programs as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations, business deals that the corporation enter into. •Evaluate group financial, operational, sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies. •Implement various learning methods group wide. •Analyze and make recommendation on the impact of long range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions. •Develop credibility and authority for the finance leadership team by providing accurate analysis of budgets, reports and financial trends and operational procedures in order to assist the BOD and senior executive team, communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the group with the BOD as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. •Optimize the handling of banking relationships and work closely with CFO to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships, also work with finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, and which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs. •Developing and implementation the business strategy, improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of group leadership. •Planning and driving the different business units & different group departments (Finance, Contracting, Procurement, Warehouse, HR, Marketing, Sales, Supply chain Documentation, Logistic and IT) to achieve planned group goals. •Keeping control of business expenditure, ensuring it's within agreed budget, analyzing the Profit & Loss of the business units and diminishing the inactive expenses. •Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the group; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions or partnerships. •Managing multidisciplinary teams and resolving any conflicting priorities. •Improving profit margins and maintaining a high quality service, also building client relationships that reflected in revenue and profitability growth. •Developing group health and safety policy and legislative adherence. •Developing new business channels with different clients in different fields (Africa & Gulf Region), creating and maintaining links with other trade and professional associations. •Always ensure, mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels that the group work team is fully aware of the group vision and performs its tasks based on it to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff. •Achieving % YOY revenue growth.

• Job Details:• Excel in Brand positioning, financial management, and operational excellence, champion on establishing strong foundation for the different business units to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Developing and implementation the business strategy. • Planning and driving the different business units & different Co. departments (Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, HR, Sales, Marketing, Documentation, IT) to achieve planned Co. goals. • Keeping control of business expenditure, ensuring it's within agreed budget. Analyzing the Profit & Loss of the business units and diminishing the inactive expenses. • Driving, motivating and developing the Technical team. • Managing multi-disciplined teams and resolving any conflicting priorities. • Improving margins and maintaining a high quality service. • Building client relationships that reflected in revenue and profitability growth. • Developing of the company health and safety policy and legislative adherence. • Developing new business channels with different clients in different fields (Africa & Gulf Region). • Creating and maintaining links with other trade and professional associations. • Communicate with the staff the understanding and clear roadmap to improve the competitive position in the market. • Achieving % QOQ revenue growth.

Projects ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Perform Project Management tasks working with specific business units as the first point of contact, coordinating project activities for cross-functional teams. • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop cost effective plan & schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources. • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Manage Projects budget. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Develop project charter and project action plans for major change management projects • Accurately track and report project task, activity, documentation, and time tracking. • Act as change agent / champion; specifically but not limited to SAP Implementation and Induction. • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. • Monitor and track project timelines and actions taken on a periodic basis and communicate status to management. • Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentors those with less experience through formal channels. • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions. • Encourage staff to take responsibility for their development within the company.
