• Job Details: Develop a strategic and operational plan for integrating all supply chain activities in the Group under the management of the department  Ensure best possible customer service (internal and external)  Establish and maintain appropriate system for measuring KPI’s for the different units of the department  Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans as well as achievements within agreed format and timescale  Ensure appropriate recruitment of managers and staff; ensure their training and development  Build a first class relationship with suppliers and make sure it’s developed and well managed; make sure that related business is well developed and managed  Liaise with other divisional / department managers on regular basis to understand their needs of operational development and ensure synergy .  Safeguard the company assets (existing & new )  Ensure the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures, put the processes in place and document them .  Ensure that SCM-related activities meet and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health, safety and security, legal stipulations, environmental policies and procedures

Supply chain & logistics managerFull Time

• Job Details:•Design / implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to change market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies. •Develop capital budget plans and execute approvals to provide expected return including estimates of sales costs, value of sales, anticipated delivery schedule, gross profit. •Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes and determine their effect on supply chain activities. •Contribute in achieving customer satisfactions through ensure fulfillment their requirements and needs on time with maximum quality standards and lowest prices. •Prepare and lead of weekly sales and operations session (S&OP;) to discuss plant performance and review sales forecast support needed, finished goods stock level, and update production schedule. •Direct and monitor staff of managers and leaders, provide feedback on performance with developmental planning and training •Re-engineer production models through modify, simplify and automat the processes to reduce the manufacturing lead time and cost. •Plan and execute procurement of finished goods and raw materials from manufacturers and suppliers •Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with manufacturers and suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries •Proactively report product and material availability issues according to the plans. •Inventory Management: DOS reporting, inventory parameters, reduction and reserve percentage measurements, revaluation, Product Life Cycle management; measure related KPI’s •Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders. •Direct / review purchase order status and shipment tracking information in ERP system. •Manage / review the manufacturers and suppliers related the required international shipping and commercial documents •Manage inventory, planning and replenishment of raw materials, components, and finished goods in conjunction with the Supply Team •Manage / direct the team of customs clearance for all the company’s shipment and ensure the safe transportation between ports, airports, and the factory.

Planning & control managerFull Time

• Job Details:•Direct and manage the Planning Department. •Master Models planning and tracking to secure enough models for sales orders. •Master production schedule preparation to maintain FG inventory level according to coverage months, sales forecasts. •F.G. at warehouse planning Follow up & coordination with sales Dept. •Manage, follow up, and review monthly and yearly production plans. •Capacity Requirements Planning (Manpower & Machinery) for the whole operations. •Raw Materials Requirement Planning (MRP for gold and stones). •Manage, Plan and Follow up store room requirements (consumables for production). •Manage RM, WIP, FG and the inventory level control taking the proper action in case of excess or shortage •Budget preparation through reflecting all previous inputs to operation’s budget. •Sales/ Operations planning & coordination including sales order scheduling, execution tracking to secure production inputs for each BU till delivery the order to ST. •Manage and review planning team to issue daily operations summery & KPI’s report. •Prepare and manage preparation of any analytical reports requested by top management •A strong leader with the proven track record of developing a strong team. •Contribute in cost saving initiatives. •Reporting the production and waste data daily to the production manager. •Prepare the production reports on daily bases and issue to production manager •Supervise the labor as well as the production line to secure the production plan implementation. •Ensure the production matching the process manual and quality standards to reduce rejections •Contribute in work study committee including Time study and Motion study for all manufacturing processes. •Process flow chart for the main aspects of R&D (business development – product development – process improvement) •Establish electronic archive for all projects under R&D
