• Job Details:- Execute the approved scheduling and routing. - Ensure that drivers are complying with all the country traffic regulations. - Validate that safety and cleaning of fleet vehicles and drivers to reflect proper company image. - Oversee the daily operations relating to transportation of products. - Conduct a thorough investigation and come up with an ideal solution for the problem. - Provides performance feedback and development assessments, initiates disciplinary actions as needed, - conducts interviews and selection process for applicants and provides training to new and existing personnel. - Communicate with the relevant authorities to solve problems relating to accidents at the workplace or - during transportation. - Participated in preparation and administration of the budget. - Preparing reports on operations and fleet activities. - Recommends compensation and provides other rewards to recognize performance. - Recommends disciplinary actions, up to and including termination, to address performance deficiencies. - Responsible for measuring staff performance versus approved KPIs. - Establish schedules and methods for providing vehicle maintenance. - Fully Responsible for outsourcing fleet and control cost maintaining company standards. - Plan and implement fastest and least-expensive routes. - Research on the price performance and most-efficient shipping methods. - Fully Responsible for outsourcing fleet and control cost maintaining company standards. - Fully Responsible for fleet repairs and preventive maintenance. - Responsible for oversight of quality assurance, inspections, records, safety, and maintenance standards - programs in accordance with company’s safety and compliance procedures and state regulations. - Ensure cost control throughout on all maintenance of assets with positive control. - Initiates and implements projects that improve efficiency and / or reduce operating cost. - Working with staff / vendors to ensure quality repairs and preventative services are completed in a proactive timely manner. - Validate that all fleet repairs are done properly. - Maintains staff and trucks records on licensing. - Provides performance feedback and development assessments, initiates disciplinary actions as needed, - conducts interviews and selection process for applicants and provides training to new and existing personnel. - Responsible for gathering and analyzing fleet records data. - Report accidents. - Develops and coordinates yearly vehicle maintenance budget. - Responsible for GPS control. - Responsible for sales fleet.
