• Job Details:Working closely with Tatweer Misr Development / Hospitality and Engineering Directors at the corporate level to complete the desired and structured Pre-opening Implementation Plan at short period of time. • Oversees constructions work with Owning Company & Project Manager of contracting company during pre-opening to check the progress of Basecamp • Develop Pre-opening Budget and preparation of cash flow projection * Sorting, contracting and implementing cloud based PMS • Fully responsibility on the Testing & Commissioning of the Services & Products before the opening • Following up on the Basecamp Licensing Checklist with the local authorities as to ensure we are aligned with rules & regulations set the by the Local Government • Achieves property financial/business plan, goals and expectations as established plan for all areas of responsibility and organize/implement strategic and tactical plans • Planning on the Recruitment strategies & Payroll cost comparison within the market range
