• Job Details:-Analyzing the invoices and preparing the journal entry manual and posting them to the ledger and posting them to SAP system. - Great knowledge about letters of credit and preparing confirmation orders of the documents needed. - Reviewing the shipment documents and transferring payments to the foreign vendors - Pricing each product that enter the factory and add them to the inventory. - Reviewing the transactions of each foreign vendor to detect the difference rate in payment and invoice. - Preparing and reviewing the documents of insurance policy regarding the shipping products. - Good knowledge about VAT and other tax regulations. - Review each month the bank transaction to detect the expense related to the shipping documents. - Calculating the accumulating expense related to each letter of credit monthly
