Assistant Spa Operations ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Managed, organized a spa operation for 3 spas and assisted in managing area operation of 10 resorts & hotels spas. . Organized, managed and achieved the five-star TripAdvisor award in Egypt awarded for The Spa at Baron palace hotel Hurghada 2019 • Ensure total compliance with standards of operation and LQE standards of service at all times throughout division. • Leads the Spa operations in the commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as related to the Spa and hotel. • Establish a monthly reporting system to monitor; Key Performance Indicators, operational expenses, project updates, LQE activities and other related tasks. • Manage projects and any other reasonable duties as required by hotel & company management. • Provide direction and supervision to the spa team; create awareness and emphasis on retail and product offerings of the spa. • Develop middle management and supervisors through coaching within the Spa Division. • Ensure all colleagues participate in training for treatment & facial protocols in compliance with Planet Spa Corporate Spa directives. • Participates in the preparation of the annual budget and marketing plan, taking ownership for the Spa Division. • Preparation of Spa Annual Capex plan and management of Capex projects and expenditure. • Ensure operations meet all relevant and established Corporate Audit requirements. • Monitors and analyses the competitor operations in order to assess their activities and trends and to ensure top level performance in the Spa industry. • To ensure that the safety levels required in the Spa operations are adhered to at all times.

Setting the duty roster. 5. Deliver spa services as 5 star spa. 6. Setting training reports, Calendar for all colleagues. 7. Interviewing a possible therapists. 8. Handling LMS (Learning Management System) and HR system (Payroll). 9. Attending all trainers meeting. 10. Performing appraisal for the therapists.
