Waleed Ibrahim

Greetings! My name is Waleed Ibrahim Mohamed Ahmed. I am 37 Years of age and currently working in the FOOD NATION in Cairo. I have been working in the kitchen department for Almost 23 years and am currently the Executive Chef in charge of the kitchen, reporting directly to the General Manager. I worked in the Gulf for more than 6 years in the Millennium Hotels Group in more than one country, including Kuwait and Oman, During my work period, I contributed to the grand opening of the Millennium Hotel and Resorts Salalah in the Sultanate of Oman and Downtown Kuwait, Al Jahra Copthorne Hotel & Resort Kuwait. I have developed strong management, supervisory and training skills that help me work properly with my colleagues in our daily operations, and I am very keen on researching and creating new varieties of dishes that can be served in our buffet and functions.
