• Job Details: Implement and develop strategies to effectively manage the different aspects of the supply chain which includes sourcing, Planning, purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution whilst assuring supply, quality, services, and cost effectiveness for direct, indirect materials.  Focus on continuous improvement, “best practice” processes while developing an effective team.  Negotiate costs, terms, and other contractual issues with Suppliers.  Leading creation and effective execution of annual savings plan to reduce purchasing costs year-over-year, and reports progress monthly.  Effectively manage the purchase order replenishment process with a focus on matching inventory levels with the needs of our customers.  Leading purchasing team to develop and implement alternate ways to source in order to achieve improved cost, delivery, and cash flow.  Assures timely distribution of materials or requested products to support each service units.  Effectively manage supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and identify new supply sources.  Managing strategic relationships with key suppliers and make long term contracts according to company requirements .  Ensure that all processes of suppliers’ contacts and proposals are compliance with Company’s code of business ethics.  Partner with Sales to understand upcoming projects. Develop supply strategies that identify new sources of supply, gaining a competitive advantage in the marketplace.  Manage and resolve difficult supplier and client relationship issues  Develops and executes a long term sourcing strategy delivering the required cost improvements and raising the customer satisfaction.  Monitoring of KPI’s relating to all purchase performance and ISO standards .  Review the current systems and practices, and make strategicrecommendations for improved processes going forward including orders and supplier management, inventorymanagement and distribution servicing, procurement, and supporting financial managementgoals.  Manage inventory budgets and strive for increased cost efficiency.  Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contracts, and pricing information.  Review and enhance operations processes to meet supply chain standards and to drive business process.
