• Job Details:▪ Administration for Exchange servers for more than 4300 mailbox’s and 200TB of data stored in multiple servers locations with high availability and performance stability monitoring. ▪ Responsible for project organization and execution and will participate in design, vendor evaluation, implementation, and management of multiple projects. ▪ Performs Systems Analysis/ Design/Documentations and Training. ▪ Administration tasks and policy enhancement for email Archiving system. ▪ Provides technical direction and supervision to analyst staff in the development and implementation of systems or in problem solving. ▪ Provides application support and enhancements to existing applications, Defines system requirements, priorities, and viable alternatives. ▪ Provides technical training and resource support for end users and Departmental staff. ▪ Coordinates the efforts of staff to locate, assess, install, test, and maintain computer software systems. Coordinates conversions and upgrades to vendor systems. ▪ Performs as a project lead and directs systems analysts. ▪ Assists in developing user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of application systems. ▪ Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot and optimize mobile solution making suggestions and adjustments to future needs for Blackberry and Air-Watch for more than 1500 users and ensure that activated devices are in compliance. ▪ Administration tasks for E-Fax system with Exchange integration.

System AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:▪ Managing 600 workstations and 35 servers, with connectivity and data flow sustainability between sites, to insure data integrity and business continuity. ▪ Coordinating with 2 junior administrators and 5 help desk, reporting directly to IT manager. ▪ Managing and monitoring Active Directory user accounts, domain group policy enhancement and updates according to business and security requirements. ▪ Managing and monitoring for more than 700 mailbox and 150TB of multi-site Exchange servers, include remote sites, working in different scenarios to minimize effect of connectivity problems for each site and come with new ideas to avoid any data loss according to data sensitivity. ▪ Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all workstations and servers to insure data protection and security also maintaining security system policy updated according to variability and threats alerts we keep tracing or we receive. ▪ Planning and contacting external suppliers for IT services and development plans. ▪ Provide system security and data protection for servers and workstations. ▪ File system Administration of 50TB of sensitive data and insure security and permission are correctly applied to each section according to approvals, implement monitoring and notification for any change in folders and files permission. ▪ Supporting a multi-site IT infrastructure. ▪ Responsible to deliver a fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported faults. ▪ Backup plan for all type of information was planned and administered by me, data restoration and testing to validate data backed up and permissions was not affected. ▪ Involved in Procurement strategy, budget, hardware upgrades, printer maintenance contracts, software agreements and third party technical support contracts planning and procurements for future expansion or upgrades.
