• Job Details:Register data acting Technical Workshop at the port on the electronic system and its follow-up. • Prepare the daily and weekly and monthly reports of the technical workshop & Container Handling Equip. (CHE) & Project Section to submit them to the administration. • Register vacations own engineering personnel management electronic system. • The work of preventive maintenance plan (protective maintenance plan) weekly. • Troubles accuracy of the data and make sure they are free of errors and filed for administration. • Follow-up faults own workshop and workflow reform and accomplished and prepare the KPI report. • Follow-up employee hours and the company to report administration staff level with a statement of their active employees and the company learned of them the maximum time during working time. • Follow-up on the equipment faults with the engineer in charge and supply Tech. with Information to resolve the problem as soon as possible to finish Break Down. • Prepare daily reports of the brake down of all equip. to submit them with OPS and Eng. • Follow-up process of fueling all equipment ( daily )
