• Job Details:• Analyze the organization’s requirements for goods and services • Monitor inventory levels to ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials required for the production of ready-mix concrete. • Develop and maintain inventory management policies, including reorder levels, lead times, and safety stock levels. • Work closely with the quality control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed. • Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, finance. • Ensure all purchased materials meet the company’s quality standards and specifications • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical procurement practices. • Evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as quality, reliability, and pricing • Prepare and Approve Purchase Orders to approved Suppliers . • Ensure purchase order include accurate specifications ,quantities, and delivery schedules. • Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings . • Understanding of the raw materials and equipment used in the ready-mix concrete industry. • Familiarity with quality control standards and compliance requirements related to construction materials • Coordinate with inventory management to avoid stockouts and excess inventory
