• Job Details:• Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the company policies & procedures. • Develop financial goals and objectives for the financial operations team. • Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency. • Analyzing the financial operating cycles ( A/P – A/R & treasury ) and identifying the key issues / problems and guiding the teams with the correction actions need to be done. • Supporting and guiding Sub function managers in the financial decisions when needed as well provide them with financial solutions for the challenges faced. • Guiding and assisting the Treasury manager in improving the relationship with the banks and Optimal utilization of the cash flow. • Guiding and assisting the A/R manager in improving the relationship with the customers in terms of invoicing & collection cycle • Guiding and assisting the A/P manager in improving the credit facilities with the vendors. • Review /Approve sales Quotation on CRM with compliance with L2Q & O2C processes. • Review /Approve all PRs,POs,& SOs • Preparing, reviewing and submitting the annual budget for the financial operations departments to the finance director. • Develop & coach subordinates to ensure effect productivity • Develop KPIs for subordinates • Report subordinate’s performance programs & lead PMP (Performance Management process) cycle • Oversee all financial and accounting activities, ensuring the department runs smoothly and effectively • Provide overall financial oversight and monitoring, including weekly cash flow forecasting, monthly financial close. • Prepare, review and analyze financial reports, ensuring that relevant financial data is available to the Principal and senior management team

• Job Details:Manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow. —Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions. —Manage all aspects of In-house investment portfolios. —Direct, monitor and trade investment portfolios including Working capital, High-Yield, Escrow, and other portfolios. —Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies.—Assess risk/return trade offs in guidelines. —Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted. —Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions. —Prepare or monitor companys various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling. —Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize —Manage relationships with financial service providers.
