  • Job Details: Manage Performance of all the reefers EMR activities.  Meet technicians to understand ground problems and work jointly to solve any challenges.  Review & follow up on performance measurement counters.  Comply with the audit requirements set by the organization.  Managing reefer section resources for providing any required reefer services to customer such like PTI, reefer setting adjustment, DL, reefer monitoring and supervise reefer repair activities.  Manage repairs for empty and full reefer units to ensure zero revenue leakage.  Regularly meet cross functions to understand customers concerns pertaining to equipment and strive to solve them.  Planning for reefer forecasting and any future activities.  Follow up all reefer activities and ensure the performing is done in accordance to reefer S.O.Ps.  Acting as super user for Refcon (reefer container remote monitoring system) troubleshooting and reefer technical advisor for any reefer issue/claims.  Ensuring that all teams’ members obtain the appropriate training and support to best apply their knowledge and skills on the job through arranging and scheduling the required training according to business needs.  Instructing and demonstrating pre-job safety talk to insure that all reported teams working in safe positions.  Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI), identifying variances in actual performance and suggests action.  Analysing monthly Quality Reefer Reports, readapting reefer activities-if required- through giving the teams the right instructions to improve reefer quality.  Monitoring and Enhancing reefer processes to be sure that any reefer process is implemented through an efficient manner.  Prepare reports, summaries and analyses on reefer related topics, monthly reporting to managers all reefer activities, provide timely feedback to the management on reefer trends, issues and needs.  Creating a positive, successful, and professional work environment where employees achieve their goals.  Managing and controlling reefer section Man-Power utilization.  Build solid productive relationships with all levels of leaders and supportive teams, and sections managers.  Replying to customer for any reefer claims/complaints.  Monitoring customer Service Level Agreement and daily take the suitable action to achieve reefer target.  Taking any required tough decision whenever needed including any change in reefer organization.  Capability of dealing with challenges and makes the suitable troubleshooting for maintaining reefer activities during emergency cases.  Conduct audits of reefer areas to understand their true performance and Ensure maximum availability of reefer plugs.  Participate in development issues at the department.  Monthly preparation of invoices for shipping lines based on the actual reefer repairs.  Ensure correct administration of all reefer activities.  Ensuring that all reefer services are optimal provided (connect & disconnect, repair, PTI, on-board assistance)  Ensure correct internal coordination in order to adhere on agreed Reefer SLA’s.  Optimisation & monitoring of stock levels & inventory value.  Responsible the set-up of correct internal processes to keep and retrieve all needed legal compliance records, including archiving of maintenance activities on terminal facilities and equipment.  Responsible for optimal Work Flow processes of reefer technical administration.
