Headquartered in Alexandria, Egypt with 14 different stores and 2 warehouses spanning 5 different cities in Egypt. Led to completion a full cycle ERP implementation for supply-chain, retailing & order management. The solution realized a centralized platform to manage the sales & procurement operations among the dispersed stores (14 point-of-sales) with the main and secondary warehouses located in Alexandria, achieved an integrated view of the sales operations, and enhanced visibility of accurate business indicators for insightful decision making.
