• Job Details:* Warehousing a) Supervise, lead and plan stores and purchase team activities to meet daily, periodically and strategic stock requirements of the technical department to meet our objectives for domestic maintenance Work Requests. Stock issue – advice and recommend materials availability,   #Materials includes :- Domestic materials (Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Air Conditioning, new equipment, spare parts, consumables, assets, etc). Landscaping, Irrigation, & veterinary. Civil & Communication . b) Handle physical count adjustments with a pre￾defined tolerance.                               c) Preparing systematic (receive, delivery, and return documents) for stock ,jobs and contract’s materials. d) Assets control through documented receive, issue and return system.  e) Familiar with all warehouses’ , software, and handling equipment as well * Procurement a) Cash purchase – for emergency jobs  b) Credit purchase through CFQ(Call For Quotation), then LPO’s  or Periodic Contracts.  c) Implement administrative procedures for procurement of goods and services in alignment with our office procurement procedure, within the security and financial policy.    (All work procedures and documents are in English media)
