• Job Details:Coordinate and manage Construction Project activities and implement construction standards to ensure that construction projects are achieved safely, on time and budget. Review shop drawings after prepared by engineering & before submit for consultant approval. Follow up the Shop drawing approval with consultant and prepare material submittals schedule based on site requirement & drawings approved dates. Follow up with procurement & material department to assign suppliers & sub-contractors for materials & in future activities to prepare the required submittals for consultant approval and award sub-contractors for work. Monitor project master schedule and work progress including milestones date, Take corrective action with contractor. Monitor the subcontractor's progress and prepare progress reports on a monthly basis to Consultant & Client. Preside at weekly review, monthly and other progress meetings held at the site. Reviews and coordinates approvals for contract change orders, agenda reports, professional service agreements, budget resolutions, amendments, work authorizations and final payments. Supervise and coordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on the site so that all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction program and the quality and cost standards required by Thales. Follow up & lead junior staff to handle & progress the work for assigned buildings. Follow up & coordinate with MEP teams to match civil & finishing schedule. SR. Engineer SiteFull Time

• Job Details:Follow up & lead the engineers’ staff to handle & progress the work for assigned buildings. Monitor site progress including installation of required equipment against accepted programmed and 2-4 weeks look ahead schedule. Make recommendations where extra resource or alternative work processes are required to maintain or increase performance Review the start-up, testing, final commissioning activities, after review by Consultant. Participate in the final inspection of the work with the Consultant and Client. Monitor final completion of the work. Recommend acceptance of the completed work to Client after receiving the same from the Consultant
