Lead Electromechanical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Lead and managed a team of engineers through the full manufacturing cycle in the project. • Architected the solution to deliver a performant and reliable Garage electronic solution, including electrical and mechanical design, manufacturing, assembly and testing. • Handled the selection and procurement of electrical and mechanical parts to satisfy requirements. • Developed a prototype as a Minimal Viable Product, showcased to main stakeholders for approvals. • Supervised the electric circuit design and building, including prototyping and simulation. • Managed the PCB design and manufacturing upon approval of the prototype electrical circuit. • Conducted a market research, then selected and procured the satisfactory motor, gearbox, and mechanical parts, that fit solution architecture and project requirements. • Aligned and coordinated with Siemens distributors for them to provide the hardware as per timeline. • Reported directly to senior management on a regular basis, reporting progress, output measurements, hardware selection, budget changes, and performance of the Garage e-solution. • Weekly meetings with the team to assure the delivery of project as per milestones.
